Boost USA is a US-based provider of insurance-focused business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, with a specialized niche in loss control, supporting insurers, MGAs, MGUs, and loss control companies. The company specializes in AI-powered products and services that support the underwriting and loss control segments of the policy lifecycle. This session (led by Joe Drozda) will cover the most-common reporting company operational challenges, client service-level expectations, and leveraging technology to rethink workflows that allow you to Scale Without Hiring. The goal of this session is to spark fresh, fact-based ideas on how reporting companies can process more work, more quickly, and more accurately without increasing overhead.
Survey Checkpoint is a new field inspection management platform built to run the full lifecycle of a property inspection — from order intake through completed report delivery. The system handles automated job assignment based on inspector territory, skill and capacity, inspector regional boundary mapping, scheduling and status tracking, and configurable client requirements at the account level. Because the platform is fully mobile, it gives the inspector the ability to complete the survey at the property instead of back at the desk: they pull up the assignment on a phone or tablet, capture photos with structured labeling, record survey notes, produce measured property diagrams, and submit the finished survey before they leave the site.
This session (led by Alex Carr) will walk through the new Train the Trainer program from Loss Control Academy. It's a comprehensive guide and checklist we're giving away free to all ARCO loss control company members, so hiring managers, QA staff, and anyone who manages inspectors can use it to speed up onboarding and training of new inspectors. We'll announce it at ARCO, hand it out, and walk through how to use it.
What we learned building AI quality control for property inspection at scale, focused on E&S and commercial risk. Where computer vision reliably replaces human review, where it doesn't, and what the operational economics look like in production. We'll cover how automated review of inspection data ahead of human QA affects re-work rates, turnaround time, and cost per report, and what it takes to scale volume without scaling headcount.
Learn how loss control vendors can build some in-house AI agent capabilities themselves. A lot of QA time right now goes to incomplete or inaccurate reports. This would cover using AI for an initial QA review, fact checking, and data pre-filling. We will build a first-pass QA tool together live that you can take back and run internally.
BooTOG, short for “boots on the ground”, is a secure enterprise technology and field-services platform that helps reporting companies expand services, scale on demand, and access a nationwide network of vetted professionals. The platform supports the complete service lifecycle, including recruiting, credentialing, training, automated resource matching, job boards, routing and scheduling, customizable data capture, quality assurance, invoicing, and automated reporting. Integrated AI-assisted capabilities include image analysis, damage and hazard detection and decision-support tools. BooTOG uses large language models, computer vision, AI-assisted damage detection, with additional agentic workflows currently in development to further improve speed, accuracy, consistency, and scalability. An integrated LIDAR home scanner provides ability to create 3 D and 2 D measurement scans of internal and external spaces will be available by December. For claims inspections this is critical.
