HOLLY McDANIEL focuses her practice on labor and employment law. Prior to joining Littler, Holly worked at a boutique labor and employment firm representing management, where she represented clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters. During law school, Holly interned at the EEOC, the U.S. Department of Labor, as well as a plaintiff’s employment litigation firm. This experience allowed her to gain insight into the litigation strategies employed by both plaintiffs and agencies.
JOE DROZDA has over 24 years of experience in Sales and Operations Leadership, with the past 15+ years focused on the Insurance Industry. He has led Production and Service teams at an omnichannel MGA, driven internal and external operational initiatives, and managed three acquisitions—one of which included serving as President of a transportation-focused Loss Control company. A strong proponent of outsourcing for process efficiency, Joe transitioned to the outsourcing sector in 2019, most recently leading global sales for an insurance-focused company. Prior to his time in Insurance, he held multiple Sales and Operations Leadership roles at Philip Morris USA and LexisNexis.
